Services

One crew for the whole site

From the utility disconnect to the last string, we inspect, repair and report on everything that keeps your system online.

Preventive maintenance

Every asset gets its own written checklist, so nothing is skipped and every visit is done the same way.

  • PV array, racking, hardware and conduit
  • String inverters, AC combiners and switchboards
  • Transformers and utility disconnects
  • DAS, weather station and sensors

Corrective and emergency

Inverter & electrical repair

We troubleshoot faults to the root cause and fix them: inverter faults, blown fuses, failed strings, damaged wiring and module replacement.

  • Open voltage and current checks per string and per input
  • Fuse, lug and termination repair
  • Parts sourced and tracked to the job

Thermal scanning

Loose and overheating connections show up on camera long before they fail. We scan connectors, combiner fuses, inverter internals and transformers, and attach the images to your report.

Monitoring & performance reports

We watch production every day, compare each inverter against its neighbours and the sunlight that reached the array, and tell you what any shortfall is costing in kWh and dollars. Performance and monthly reports are built around the data points you care about. How monitoring works

Vegetation management & grounds

Mowing and trimming between rows and along fence lines, brush clearing, and clear equipment pads, scheduled with your maintenance visits so growth never shades the array. Fencing, gates and access roads are checked on the same trip.

After mowing: the same array row with short, even turf underneath
After

Same site, same visit: a Rhode Island array before and after our crew mowed and trimmed it.

How we work

Every visit, on the record

Our technicians log each step on site from a phone, so you see exactly what was checked, what was found and what it took to fix.

  1. 01
    Checklist for every asset

Readings, photos and IR images are captured against the checklist line they belong to.

  2. 02
    A report after every visit

A service report with photos and findings lands in your inbox when the work order closes.

  3. 03
    Problems become tracked cases

Anything we find is opened as a case with a quote, so you approve the repair before we start.

  4. 04
    Your own portal

Live production, open cases and past reports for your sites, whenever you want to look.

Our standard string inverter checklist. Every checklist can be tailored to your contract, your equipment and the way you want it reported.

Monitoring package

Know when your solar sites are losing production

Monitoring is its own service package, with or without a maintenance contract. We connect to your monitoring system and watch every site daily, and our integrated AI builds performance and monthly reports around the data points you choose.

Find underperforming equipment sooner

Every inverter is compared with its neighbours and checked against the sunlight that reached the array, so a weak inverter, a blown string fuse or a shaded row shows up fast, not at year-end.

See lost production in kWh and estimated dollars

Shortfalls are measured in kWh and priced at your energy or PPA rate, so you can weigh a repair against what it recovers.

Receive clear reports and repair recommendations

Monthly reports set up the way you want them, and every real problem becomes a tracked case with a recommended fix and a quote.
